I also had several emails from them late in the evening trying to solve the problem. The flag is good quality and I will be ordering with them again in the future.
We ordered 2 rectangle flags, absolutely perfect, print was spot on - exactly what I asked for, and a really quick turnaround too. They were that good, when we left one of them at our campsite in a festival, someone thought it was nice enough to steal. We got it back the next day.
