Great stand~
The setup was a bit more difficult than I had anticipated. It took me about an hour to figure out the metal tubes and how to connect with which part. The function of the stand was as it should be. I loved the adjustability and the weight of the stand.

Be very vigilant to your proof - these aren’t great ! Poor customer service
Sent a JPEG of the stand. Was on holiday and saw proof come through on my phone. Everything looked exactly as the JPEG. When I got back and the product arrived it wasn’t the JPEG that I had sent - there was a spelling mistake and a logo which is copyrighted had been used. When I brought this up I was offered 15% off a replacement

Banner did not arrive for our event
I'm not happy with the service at all. The banner was due to arrive on Thursday 10 November, we held a one-night event in Auckland on Tuesday 15 November for which we ordered the banner. We could see that the banner was stuck in Auckland and asked for the banner to be delivered. It did not arrive, and we were not able to use it at our event. The banner was delivered one week later to our address in Auckland Sudima Auckland City on Tuesday 22 November. We're not able to use it as the event has passed. Won't be using again
Paid extra to have the item delivered by a specific date, didn't arrive until 5 days after that deadline so i refused it with courier. Still waiting to hear back if there is any intention to refund me.
