My product turned out absolutely amazing, I was sceptical at first, as it a site that I hadn’t researched a whole lot myself.
But I was in for a pleasant surprise.
The Customer Service Team was SUPER fast to answer any questions I had. I sent an email inquiry at 1am, not expecting anything until the next day in reply. I got a reply back in 20 minutes, and they fixed my issue there & then over the phone.
That’s ABOVE & OVER anything I would have expected.
My Mock up design was sent back to me in less than 12 hours, to which I made some adjustments & asked them to send another design.
They had a new one back to me in LESS THAN AN HOUR.
I was genuinely caught off guard by their speed.
After accepting a design, I ordered it through express. & I had the product in less than a week.
I was super nervous about the quality of it. But it looked AMAZING!
I’m super thankful to the team. No only for their customer service (no matter the time of day).
But also their willingness to get this sorted for me super quick.
Could not recommend them enough.
I’m definitely going to use them again for all of my future projects.
*I can’t show the quality in a photo. Because it’s wrapped up & ready to be given as a gift.
Plus the only footage I have of it, has me swearing in the back ground. AMAZED at just how good it looks & how much they are going to like it 😂
Made flags for my daughters soccer team and they turned out amazing
The flag was exactly how I wanted it, they even removed the unwanted background images to make it even better
