I received my new flag today that I ordered from Banner Buzz as a first time customer and I can say without any hesitation that I am beyond happy at the quality finish and the graphic I sent in which was not the best quality has ticked all the boxes for what it will be used for from day to day. I highly recommend Banner Buzz, they do not rush you into production, they are very particular with sending through several proofs to ensure as a customer you are happy and fully satisfied with the final result. It is really great that they offer on their website DYI design templates to give you an idea of what your flag/banner etc could look like. Their customer service is excellent in terms of text message, receptiveness, e-mail and follow-through in that respect with an extensive experience in the Customer Service sector myself, I could not fault it , and that to me builds trust and confidence that you are dealing with professionals. Certainly would use them again in the future.
